1. All credit and debit card payments will be processed using a secure site. No credit or debit card details will be retained by us. Any information held by us will be used solely for the purpose of processing your order. No information is sold or passed on to third parties.

2. Prices charged for products will be those stated when order is accepted. We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time.

3. We reserve the right to decline any order.

4. We deliver to the UK, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the European Union. See our Delivery & Returns page on our website for delivery charges. We may use any method of delivery available to us and will use reasonable endeavours to meet estimated delivery times, but in no circumstances shall we be liable for late delivery. Where dispatch is delayed we will always inform you by email.

6. Faulty items must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt. Please see our Delivery & Returns page on our website for further more detailed instructions, and for returning non faulty items.

7. All illustrations and descriptions of products are intended to give a general idea of the item offered. If the illustration/description of an item differs from the manufacturer’s illustration/description, then the latter shall be deemed to be correct. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of illustrations and descriptions, but we rely upon such information, if any, as may have been provided by our suppliers and we accept no liability for any errors or omissions. We may make changes to items as part of our continuing programme of improvement, or to comply with legislation.

8. The responsibility for ensuring that an item is suitable for a particular purpose or age is that of the customers. Any advice or recommendation given by us is acted upon entirely at the customers own risk. The customer should always read the manufacturers labels. Any advice that proves to be incorrect, inaccurate or misleading, will be limited to the refund of the price paid for the item.

9. We will not be liable to the customer in any manner or be deemed to be in breach of these terms and conditions because of any delay in performing or failing to perform any of the company’s obligations under these terms and conditions, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control (which shall include, but not be limited to government actions, war, fire, explosion, floods, import or export regulations or embargoes, labour disputes, industrial action or inability to obtain or a delay in obtaining supplies of goods or labour).

10. Any voucher issued is for one order only unless otherwise stated. All our usual terms and conditions apply when using promotional vouchers.
